Job Description

Provide administrative and technical support to manufacturing processes by preparing, organizing, and distributing technical and production documentation. Ensure management of work orders, materials, and product structures (BOMs) in SAP, and accurate tracking in internal systems. Collaborate with Application Engineers, Technicians, and Product Support personnel to keep processes and documentation aligned with production needs.

Your Responsibilities:

Load and release production orders in the SAP system.Prepare, print, and organize SAP-generated documents for distribution to production areas. Deliver printed documentation to all production areas.Print labels using the GPM system and OES label page, ensuring correct integration with materials or products.Deliver electrical diagrams to the System Test area. Update scheduling systems and the FTPC system to track production orders.Interpret technical documents and translate important information for production associates. Register Critical to Quality (CTQ) data in the FTPC system. Maintain up-to-date information about methods, operation sequences, and manufacturing processes in the relevant computer systems.Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Production Control, Application Engineers, and Production Leaders to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

Completed technical career - High School or ongoing university studies (preferably in administrative, technical, or engineering fields).Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Proficient in SAP (preferably in manufacturing and materials modules).Interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation.Availability to work the first shift.
