Overview: We are partnering with a major telecommunications client to find a talented Data Developer to join their innovative team. This is primarily an in-office collaborative role designed for someone passionate about developing front-end data solutions, working with large data sets, and building data infrastructure from scratch. Essential Functions: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of front-end focused data services and data movement infrastructures that support enterprise data warehouses, operational data stores, and master data management systems * Build ETL processes and data integration solutions from the ground up, with strong expertise in SQL * Work extensively with large-scale data sets (200-350 terabytes), ensuring efficient data handling and performance * Utilize SQL heavily (approximately 80% of your work) to develop and maintain data pipelines, while Tableau usage will be less critical (around 20%) * Collaborate closely with Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence teams to deliver scalable, end-to-end data solutions across multiple platforms * Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data integration jobs, working with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues efficiently * Translate business requirements into effective data capture and processing solutions that drive actionable insights * Actively contribute to simplifying and enhancing the customer experience through innovative and scalable data development
