About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Tester (Manager) to lead quality assurance efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. You will oversee testing strategies, manage teams, and ensure seamless delivery of enterprise solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end testing for MS Dynamics 365 (Finance, Operations, CRM modules).Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes.Mentor and guide junior testers and ensure adherence to best practices.Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.Qualifications:8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4+ years in ERP/CRM solutions.Strong knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing.Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, RSAT, etc.).Excellent leadership and communication skills.ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.What We Offer:Opportunity to lead high-impact projects.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits.
