Role and Responsibilities

As our eStore Logistics Operations Manager, you’ll take charge of end-to-end logistics for our online store in Czech and Slovak markets. That means optimizing everything from warehousing and delivery to costs and KPIs — while leading a small, skilled team that makes it all happen.

This is more than a back-end operations role. It’s a high-impact position at the heart of our online business and customer experience. You’ll collaborate across departments, shape how we work with logistics partners, and help us keep our promise of seamless, reliable delivery.

🔍 What you’ll be doing

Oversee all logistics operations for Samsung eStore — from warehouse management to delivery and cost control in SAP

Drive efficiency across our supply chain: analyze data, spot trends, and recommend smarter ways to move products

Own contracts and master data — and make sure everything is integrated and automated via EDI

Lead and support a team of 5 specialists, each with their own focus (samples, project coordination, claims, controlling, KPIs...)

Partner with our HQ in Korea and Europe, and work closely with teams in D2C, customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and external logistics providers

Skills and Qualifications

👀 What we’re looking for

A resilient, solution-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic operations environment

Solid experience in eStore logistics and a deep understanding of transportation and warehousing

Confidence working with SAP, ideally in the LE/TM module

Analytical mindset — you know how to turn data into insights and improvements

Great prioritization skills: you can juggle strategic planning with day-to-day fire-fighting

Fluency in Czech and professional English (you’ll use both daily)
