As an Estimator I, you will be responsible for preparing and creating responses to customer requests for proposals, estimates, and information in alignment with sales and operations teams for parts, spares, and spot quotes. You will leverage your knowledge of estimation tools and systems to develop accurate proposals and cost estimates while maintaining a focus on quality and timeliness. In this role, you will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards are met in every deliverable and provide continuous improvements to serve customers better.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Prepare and respond to customer requests for proposals, estimates, and supporting documentation in a timely manner (1 – 3 days).
+ Deliver high-quality proposals while continuously seeking ways to improve the service provided to customers.
+ Accurately develop estimates and proposals using internal systems and tools, ensuring all responses adhere to internal standards and procedures.
+ Clearly and concisely communicate with the Field Service Managers, Sales, Field Service Engineers, and Front Office Estimators to ensure due date delivery.
+ Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure that all estimates are compliant with Honeywell standards.
+ Act as an agent for collaboration, sharing, and standardizing best practices across the team.
+ Keep up-to-date with the latest estimation tools and practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the preparation of estimates and proposals.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Ability to understand and relate to customer requirements.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and other business applications.
+ Fluent in oral and written English
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ Capability to deal with international clients effectively.
+ Engineering Bachelor's degree
+ 0 - 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or a related field.
