Job Description Job Title: Estimator Location: St. Louis, MO Pay: Not specified Job Type: Full-time Job Summary A client of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support their custom signage operations. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of signage projects, including ADA signage, large-scale monument signs, and dimensional letter sets. The Estimator plays a key role in maintaining project profitability and supporting a fast-paced production schedule. Candidates should have prior experience in construction or fabrication estimating and a solid understanding of materials, labor, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and subcontracted services Collaborate with internal leadership to align estimates with project goals and timelines Assist in bid preparation and submission for commercial signage projects Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and vendor quotes Communicate with suppliers to obtain current pricing and lead times Support project handoff to the Project Management team Track and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
