Description We are looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our team in Gardena, California, supporting the aerospace industry. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with sales and financial services teams to ensure accurate pricing, quoting, and support processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in CPQ, ERP, and CRM systems to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for projects based on customer requirements and company standards. • Collaborate with sales and financial teams to prepare detailed price quotes that align with business objectives. • Utilize Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools to streamline and optimize pricing and quoting processes. • Manage and update ERP and CRM systems to track project details, customer interactions, and financial data. • Answer and address inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently. • Conduct audits and reviews of estimates and quotes to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Support billing functions by verifying and reconciling data for invoicing purposes. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the estimation process. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices in sales support. Requirements • Proven experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools and ERP solutions. • Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in sales and customer management. • Familiarity with financial services processes, including billing and auditing. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and teams. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment. • Proficiency in handling inbound calls and providing high-quality customer support. • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in estimates and data management. • Previous experience in the aerospace industry is a plus but not required.
