Job description :

We’re hiring for our partner, a well-established Quebec-based manufacturer of custom metal lockers and architectural furnishings for public and private institutions across North America.

We’re looking for a Technical Estimator to analyze blueprints and specs, evaluate production costs, prepare accurate bids, and collaborate with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities:

Analyze plans & specs and identify equivalent or substitute products. Research and estimate costs (materials, labor, transport, risk factors). Prepare and submit detailed quotations via CRM. Coordinate with clients, architects, and sales to define optimal solutions. Track public bids and contribute to competitive market intelligence.

Skills and qualifications :

DEC in architecture, building sciences or related field 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing estimation or cost analysis Familiarity with construction sector (Canada), BOM structuring, cost breakdowns Proficient in Excel, CRM, Autocad/PDF, bid portals (MERX, SÉAO, etc.) Bilingual (fluent in French and English, written & spoken) Apply
