Job Summary:

The Order Processing Specialist will play a pivotal role in our Kawneer Front End facility, utilizing extensive knowledge of Kawneer Estimating to efficiently transition quotes into customer purchase orders. This position is integral to ensuring a seamless shift from estimating to order processing.

In this role, you will:

Quote Review and Adjustment: Conduct thorough reviews of purchase orders against existing quotes, identifying and implementing necessary updates to ensure accuracy and alignment. This involves meticulously checking quantities, prices, and specifications to ensure they align perfectly. Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service by effectively and promptly interacting with internal and external customers, finalizing quotes to match purchase orders and addressing any discrepancies. Product and Process Expertise: Leverage comprehensive knowledge of Kawneer products and processes to facilitate a swift and accurate transition from purchase orders to processing. Interdepartmental Communication: Serve as the liaison between estimating and project management, ensuring clear and efficient communication to support project success. Timely Order Processing: Adhere to a strict schedule, completing all order turnarounds within a 3-day timeframe to maintain operational efficiency. You’ll manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
