Hiring & Onboarding: Skilled in recruiting top talent and providing comprehensive onboarding. Ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.
Training: Expertise in training staff on the latest esthetic techniques and products. Share your knowledge and passion to help your team grow and excel.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory and ordering to ensure we’re always stocked with the best products and supplies. Keep our operations running smoothly.
Equipment & Room Maintenance: Maintain equipment and ensure treatment rooms are always in pristine condition. Your attention to detail will keep our environment safe and welcoming.

Qualified Candidates:
Have a minimum of 500 hours of skincare educationSatisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in FLORIDAHave a passion for helping others look and feel their bestAre eager for growth and desire to build on their skincare mastery
Day-to-Day:
Perform quality, professional skin care services that meet clients' needsCommunicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectationsUse expertise, along with our protocols and modalities, to craft customized facial and body treatmentsRecommend follow-up visits, services and a home regimen to help clients pursue their skin care goals
