Full-time or Part-time | $18–$32/hr (base + tips + commission)

We’re looking for an experienced, professional esthetician who can confidently deliver customized treatments, sell retail products, and meet clearly defined sales and performance metrics such as rebooking, membership conversion, and client retention.

 

What You'll Do:

Perform customized facials and body treatments based on individual client needs and goalsConfidently sell retail products and service enhancementsDeliver a safe, consistent, and results-focused experience for every guestPerform advanced skincare services with confidence and professionalismBuild strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and long-term careMeet or exceed sales and performance quotas that are actively tracked by leadership

Qualifications:

Valid California Esthetician License (BarberCosmo)1+ year of experience in a spa, salon, or clinic setting1+ year of sales experience — must be comfortable meeting quotasStrong client service and communication skillsUnderstanding of proper sanitation and safety standards
