Our services include estate sales, online auctions, packing/unpacking, and organizing with a compassionate and professional touch. We pride ourselves on upholding the highest standards in presentation, customer service, and integrity. Position Summary We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented individuals with a passion for retail, art, and design to join our estate sale and online auction team. Team members play a vital role in preparing and managing on-site estate sales and online auctions, creating attractive displays, accurately pricing items, photographing merchandise, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities + Staging & Merchandising: Arrange household contents in visually appealing ways, using your eye for style and design to create a boutique-like shopping experience. + Valuation & Pricing: Identify and research items of value, especially antiques, collectibles, and art. Accurately price items for fair market resale. + Photography & Cataloging: Photograph and write descriptions for online auctions using our cataloging software. Attention to detail and presentation is key. + Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers during estate sales. Answer questions, process purchases, and promote a welcoming atmosphere. + Inventory Organization: Sort, clean, and organize household goods including furniture, décor, clothing, kitchenware, tools, and more. + Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with a team in fast-paced environments. Take direction while contributing ideas and insights. + Lifting & Moving: Safely lift, carry, and transport items weighing up to 40 lbs. Some furniture moving may be required.
