Your new role:
This position exists to support the Distribution of Linear & Streaming WBD portfolio with Vivo, Tim, UOL and HUBs. This person, under Sales Manager guidance, will support the operational processes of the sales strategies, based in the company’s business plan and revenue objectives. Its key roles are as follows:
Your role accountabilities:
Sales: support the Sales Analyst in the operational processes to:Subscribers Bases: process and update the Distribution Panel for all clients reports (base growth, campaign results, Max KPIs, churn, etc.);Sales Promotions execution, Control of Clients Mailing, Delivery control of partners gifts/awards for incentive campaigns, partner’s sales trainings, integration/technical processes;Accounts to support: Vivo, Tim, UOL, Watch, Playhub, Campsoft;Key Products: Streaming Max and Basic Linear Channels.Business Support: support Sales Analyst identifying opportunities through market and report analysis.Process market information and elaborate monthly reports (Broadband market, share, growth, players, etc.);Industry events monitoring and support participation.Qualification & Experiencie:
University degree in Business Administration, Economy or Marketing related fields;Advanced in English (writing, speaking and reading);Knowledge in data management (Excel, Power BI): dealing with databases and complex spreadsheets;Digital environment friendly;Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills;Ability to work independently, creatively and efficiently.Other nice to have:
Desirable account support experience;Knowledge (familiar with) the entertainment media industry.How We Get Things Done…
