As a Medical Information Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring that patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals receive timely, accurate, and balanced information about our medicines. What You Will AchieveAs a Medical Information Intern, you will support the Brazil Medical Information Contact Center by handling medical inquiries and contributing to operational excellence. You will gain hands-on experience in scientific communication, compliance, and customer engagement, while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

How You Will Achieve ItRespond to Inquiries: Handle medical information requests using approved resources in Portuguese and English. Escalate appropriately when needed.Ensure Compliance: Identify and forward potential adverse events and product quality complaints for proper handling.Share Insights: Communicate trends and issues observed in customer interactions to the business.Support Projects: Contribute to local and regional Medical Information initiatives.Stay Current: Complete all assigned training within specified timelines.

Qualifications

Basic RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a Pharmacy or Health Sciences degree (preferably 3rd year or above).Strong oral and written communication skills.Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English.Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.Demonstrates empathy and a strong customer focus.

Preferred QualificationsExperience in customer service.Ability to analyze and summarize information quickly and clearly.Skilled in capturing and documenting information in medical systems.
