Estágio em Customer and Partner Experience (ISR VAR/Public Sector)

Support the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team dedicated to the VAR and Public Sector Route-to-Market (RTM) in Brazil. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales operations, customer engagement, and digital tools, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of HP’s indirect sales channels.

Responsibilities:  Assist in managing customer requests, including quote generation, deal creation, and order tracking.
- Support ISR team in maintaining and updating parnter portals with accurate product, pricing, and customer data.
- Help coordinate with PBMs/BDMs, Pre-Sales, CSR, and Bid Desk to resolve customer issues and ensure SLA compliance.
- Participate in meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to follow up on operational tasks and escalations.
- Contribute to the documentation and improvement of ISR workflows, especially for government contracts and VAR-specific processes.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics and identify areas for process optimization

Education :

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

Knowledges and Skill:

 Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Dynamics, Salesforce, or SAP is a plus.
- Interest in public sector operations, sales support, and partner ecosystems.
- Effective communication, collaborative mindset and teamwork skills in cross-functional environments.
- Effective english communication skills. Spanish is a plus.
