If so, let's talk. **Your role and responsibilities** o Process customer records in web-based tool, One Customer View o Verify and analyze potentially large volumes of data. o Applicant must be organized and detail oriented to ensure data accuracy. o Applicant must utilize potentially new tools for reporting and analysis of data. o Project deliverable will be under a strict timeline. **Required technical and professional expertise** o Undergraduate students who will graduate in December 2026 or later o Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. o Knowledge of data analysis and metrics reporting. o Ability to communicate in English with internal and external audiences in both a written and oral formats. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred technical and professional experience** o Prior experience with Data analysis o Data Analysis, Data Scientist, Business or Financial education courses o Java Developer skills o Expertise in front-end development using Angular o Back-end development using Java (Spring Boot) o Use of SQL/NoSQL databases IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
