Role Summary

As a Master Data Specialist – Supply Chain, you will support the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA (ESPHORA) by ensuring accurate, complete, and reliable master data for distribution and warehousing operations across LATAM. This role partners closely with global and regional teams to enable a smooth data migration and long-term data governance.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare Supply Chain master data for the SAP S/4HANA (ESPHORA) implementationLead data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities across LATAMCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, Inventory) to integrate data sourcesEnsure alignment of current processes with S/4HANA requirementsAct as the key liaison between implementation partners and business teamsEstablish and support post–go-live data governance processesTrack and report data migration progress, risks, and readines

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Logistics focus is a plus)3+ years of experience in Master Data Management / Data ArchitectureStrong Excel skills and experience managing complex datasetsKnowledge of SAP, preferably in Supply Chain or LogisticsFluent in Spanish and EnglishAnalytical, results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in change environments
