**Job Description** Accountable for maximizing the value of corporate applications by managing the full product lifecycle—from backlog definition and prioritization to advisory on design, functionality, and best practices. Serves as both a technical and business reference, connecting stakeholders, users, and development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with the organization’s strategic and operational objectives. **Responsibilities** Strategic and Technical Ownership • Defines and prioritizes the product backlog based on business objectives and user feedback. • Translates strategic requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. • Leads alignment, planning, and deliverable validation sessions with development and business teams. Functional and Technical Expertise • Provides guidance on application usage, configuration, and optimization. • Knowledgeable in application development and architecture (Java, PHP, SQL, Google Cloud, BigQuery). • Analyzes requirements and proposes solutions aligned with corporate standards. Stakeholder Management and Organizational Change • Serves as a liaison between functional areas, technical teams, and end users. • Drives adoption of new features and leads change management efforts. • Trains and enables key users and internal teams. Continuous Improvement and KPI Monitoring • Monitors product KPIs and identifies improvement opportunities. • Leads technology enhancement initiatives and process updates. • Documents and maintains processes, workflows, and best practices. Core Competencies • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Strong communication and negotiation skills across functional and technical domains. • Ability to solve complex problems and assess application performance. • Results-driven, with a focus on integrity and high-performing team development. **Qualifications** + Proven experience in project management using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). + Ability to translate business processes into effective technology solutions. + Skilled in communication and negotiation across functional and technical teams. + Familiarity with scalable and distributed software architectures. + Knowledge of database design principles. + Strong analytical capabilities for problem resolution and application performance assessment. + Experience managing business requirements. **About Autozone** AutoZone México es el distribuidor líder de autopartes y accesorios automotrices en América.
