This position may be responsible for the training and development of OSP and internal processes. **Responsibilities:** Delivers outstanding customer service to internal customers and mail inquiries. Takes ownership of OSP metrics and offers viable best practices. Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends including technology. Operates all software, and devices and trains others. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment. **POSTMAN** Create API queries in SOAP (XML) and REST (JSON) web services Test scripts that send OSPs Monitor UPS API Newforecast **POWER AUTOMATE** Create scripts to perform routine tasks on the web Automatically send start-of-day reports Create batches of return labels for OSPs Notify labels with Building Scan status for chatbot pre-alert Check label status in external systems (Corporativa Express) Query and send Quantum View Manage report **EXCEL MACROS** Query the TNT from ISPSYS Query addresses directly from OPSYS / ISPSYS Retrieve labels within a seal control using OPSYS Place exceptions in the system using UPS APIs Register delivery attempts in the system using UPS APIs Request UBER Delivery services for UPS package delivery **CODS DESKTOP APPLICATION** Add COD accounts **GTS GLOBAL TIMECARD SYSTEM** Verify and update delivery volumes by center and OSP **DIR** Query delivery stop information to compare with GTS Query pickup information to compare with GTS Query stop information with coordinates **Qualifications:** Bachelor diploma Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and APIs knowledge Strong verbal and written communication skills Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week **MINIMUM EDUCATION** Bachelor's degree with diploma (professional license) Electronic Communications Computer Science with Programming Computer Systems Mechatronics Software Designer **LANGUAGES** English 80% (must be able to understand UPS Corporate in technical English) **LOCATION AND SCHEDULE** a.
