MISSÃO DO CARGO
Desempenhar atividades de alta complexidade e que demandam profunda visão técnica, organizacional e de negócios, a fim de resolver questões inerentes aos projetos de implantação de soluções em clientes. PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES Pesquisar e desenvolver soluções aos questionamentos apresentados nos projetos de implantação; Resolver questões complexas referentes aos recursos tecnológicos, levantamento de necessidades, configurações e parâmetros de sistema, surgidas durante e após o projeto de implantação em clientes; Assessorar as equipes e profissionais de implantação em atividades relacionadas à conversão de dados, transferência de arquivos, estruturação de informações, comparações e análises necessárias à migração de processos; Acompanhar tecnicamente os projetos de implantação, verificando suas capacidades produtivas, recursos materiais e humanos alocados, visando aperfeiçoamento constante do nível dos serviços; Propor metodologias e procedimentos aos projetos de implantação a fim de proporcionar melhorias nos processos; Treinar e liderar tecnicamente as equipes de analistas. QUALIFICAÇÕES REQUERIDAS: Formação Educacional: Curso superior em Ciências da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. Experiência Mínima na Área: 5 anos Conhecimentos Específicos: Gestão de tecnologia e projetos, capacidade analítica e tendências avançadas em infra-estrutura de TI. Habilidades: Planejamento, cooperação, relacionamento interpessoal, visão sistêmica, organização e controle.:Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience Experience working in a client/customer service environment Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks Strong client relationship skills Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, and escalate to the appropriate level Ability to work independently and provide solutions to the client Ability to influence client and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems Excellent analytical skills and time management skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Proficient using Microsoft Office
