Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions, considering various factors like tool selection, integration with other systems, and scalability. Analyze business processes to identify the areas for automation, ensuring feasibility and Return On Investment. Oversee the implementation of RPA solutions, including bot development, integration, and deployment. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Provide guidance and support to RPA team, including training, mentorship, and troubleshooting. Ensure that RPA solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, and reliability. Ensure that RPA implementations adhere to security standards and best practices, especially when handling sensitive information. Document RPA solutions and best practices for easy maintenance and future development.
Requirements:
Specialized in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Microsoft technologies. Possess strong knowledge and experience with .NET technologies (C#, VB. NET), RPA tools (e. g. , Automation Anywhere, BluePrism) and related infrastructure. This role involves understanding business processes, translating them into automated workflows while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security of the RPA implementations. Advanced English skills. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-country environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
