We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Lead to spearhead the development and deployment of advanced agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agent orchestration, tool integration, and building autonomous decision-making workflows using state-of-the-art frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands, CrewAI, and LangGraph. This role also requires deep understanding of RAG architecture, Vector Databases, and Azure Open Ais and also has thorough cloud AI stack. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive AI innovation, collaborate across teams, and deliver scalable AI solutions that empower autonomous agents. Role and Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI systems that enable autonomous decision-making and complex workflows. Architect and implement agent orchestration frameworks to coordinate multiple AI agents and tools effectively. Integrate diverse AI tools and APIs to build seamless, intelligent workflows that enhance automation and decision-making capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions. Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge AI frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands, CrewAI, and LangGraph. Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure AI systems adhering to organizational standards and best practices. Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Stay current with the latest research and trends in agentic AI, autonomous systems, and related fields to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical guidelines in AI development and deployment. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. 5-9 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on agentic AI systems. Proven expertise in agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows. Hands-on experience with frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands, CrewAI, and LangGraph. Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with AI/ML libraries and APIs. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Solid understanding of AI ethics, security, and compliance considerations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
