ESG Senior Consultant

Job Description Summary

The successful candidate will join the ESG team as Senior ESG Consultant, especially (but not only) for the delivery of environmental certifications & ESG audits. This role will also prepare, monitor and execute/supervise agreed client deliverables to a high standard on time and within the agreed parameters including support business development nationally.

Core Client Responsibilities:      

Deliver environmental certifications: preassessments, certifications (including upload on the relevant platform), project management and QA  Deliver ESG audits/ assessments and tracking across a spectrum of sustainability metrics, including energy, water, solid waste, and greenhouse gas emissions to measure progress towards clients’ sustainability and financial goals, and to meet mandatory reporting requirements.Design sustainability strategies at portfolio and asset levelDesign sustainability and wellbeing focused action plans on portfolio and asset level that enhance the client's sustainability performance, coordinated with client’s corporate policies and C&W’s standards and draft policiesPrepare relevant reports where required as part of deliverablesManage internal and external relationships including Client, C&W, local authorities, service providers, statutory bodies, engineering companies and representatives of clientsProvide sustainability support & advice to the local Asset Services team

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage relationship with key partners and certification bodiesMaintain knowledge on the protocols updateSupport presentations to clients and colleagues as necessary, including local client pitchesSupport evolution of the sustainability service offering and actively support business development to retain and win new client work

About You

Proven track record in delivering environmental certifications (BREEAM , LEED etc), experience conducting ESG auditsTechnical background in Energy and Sustainability and a master’s or degree in a relevant subjectProven experience of working within the commercial property sectorExceptional client relationship management skillsAn evident passion for sustainability & responsible businessAbility to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environmentHighly motivated individual with drive for self-developmentA minimum of 3 years relevant Sustainability experienceFluent in Italian and English
