The ESG and Data Analytics Specialist reports to the VP of Development and ESG. This role entails pulling and compiling data from multiple sites to provide accurate ESG tracking that informs target setting, working in the Eurofins Learning Centre and communicating ESG initiatives to EET.
This job is a part time role but has the potential go grow into a full-time position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting the ESG team to execute against the long-term ESG strategy through the following efforts:
Data aggregation and modelingData gathering from multiple sourcesAcquire and compiles structured and unstructured data from multiple sources; verify its quality, accuracy and reasonablenessAnalysis of key metricsCreation of dashboards to share KPIs and meaningful informationSupport in amplifying messaging throughout the organization via message boards and newslettersWorking cross functionally with the HSE, Quality, Talent Acquisition and HR teams to collect information and organize it into action-oriented and understandable reports thatPrepare and deliver expert level visualizations and internal presentations that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutionsCoordinate with subject matter experts to learn best practicesSeek, understand and critically apply Sustainability industry trends and best practicesResearch green energy solutionsManage selected SharePoint pages and/or sitesAssist with LMS administrationPull reportsSet-up courses, register attendees, track attendanceField enrollment requestsParticipation in special projects and perform additional duties as neededQualificationsExperience in predictive analytics and developing dashboardsProficient in data storytellingQuickly learn new processes, policies, and technologiesHighly proficient in excelAbility to create attractive PowerPoint slidesAbility to work in the USA without sponsorshipEducation:
Current college student or associate’s degree, or equivalency in experience.
Experience:
