**Description and Requirements**
Job Responsibilities:
+ Customer Satisfaction Enhancement & Retention: Lead initiatives to elevate satisfaction metrics, implement feedback-driven improvements, and ensure service excellence.
+ End-to-End Project Management & Optimization: Oversee full lifecycle of eSupport projects, optimize customer journey, and drive efficiency gains.
+ AI Project Implementation & Innovation: Adopt AI technologies into service business, pilot innovative solutions, and measure impact on efficiency and customer experience.
+ Customer Feedback Optimization & Implementation: Develop and operationalize AI feedback framework, translating insights into actionable strategies.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Execution: Coordinate with diverse teams to align objectives, allocate resources, and deliver strategic initiatives.
+ Industry Trend Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market dynamics and competitor strategies to inform service innovation and maintain competitive edge.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent in both oral and written English.
2. More than 3-years’ experience in oversea projects.
3. Better to have experience in service projects, upsell projects or in-device APP development.
4. Bachelor degree or above.
5. Rich experience in multinational company is preferred.
