Otis is on the lookout for an Escalator Project Manager to support our escalator projects across both New Equipment and Modernization sectors. You'll be involved throughout the entire business cycle, from estimating and ordering to shipment, installation, and customer handover. The ideal candidate should be based near Bloomfield, CT, Florence, SC, or a local Otis branch in the US to accommodate a hybrid work schedule. On a typical day you will:
Review technical bid specifications and drawings to ensure product alignment.
Provide technical support to the sales offices to ensure customer requirements are met.
Act as a liaison between the sales offices, the customer and the factory to promptly resolve open issues.
Manage project schedules to proactively identify and mitigate risks to delivery
Communicate regularly and show responsiveness to sales office and customer requests.
What you will need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field preferred
3+ years of relevant experience in project management within the construction industry.
Escalator background is desirable
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-direction with a focus on processes and procedures
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in high-stress, ambiguous environments
Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings
AutoCAD experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Minimal travel to Bloomfield, CT a few times a year

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $113,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
