We're seeking a passionate and strategic Customer Service Team Manager who will transform customer interactions and empower a dynamic team of service professionals. Key job responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing team of 20-30 customer service associates.
* Implement performance management strategies that inspire and motivate team members.
* Design and execute individual development plans to nurture talent
* Drive operational efficiency through process improvements and strategic initiatives
* Facilitate team discussions and communicate critical business objectives
* Identify and resolve customer-impacting issues to enhance satisfaction rates. * Create and implement training programs that elevate team productivity and quality

About the team
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
* Business fluency in Spanish and English.
* Demonstrated previous experience in team leadership within Amazon.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
