You ensure that customer plans are developed and executed by supporting the delivery of strategies and tactics for growth. You understand the business metrics and financial drivers needed to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our customers and work with key account managers to implement plans to deliver our annual target.

How you will contribute

You will:

Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process)

Understands market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on trade marketing strategic decisions

Leads the business planning meeting where the sales quotas are built in order to accomplish the annual plans based on relevant building blocks

Suggests and influences investment in category building blocks, according to category and channel need, and is accountable of execution excellence at point of sale

Follows up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand

Plays a leadership role within the multi categories teams by leading, providing accurate and relevant channel point of sale information that will lead to find business opportunities such as innovations, customer promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc. that will lead to achieve multi categories targets

What you need to know about this position:

Lead training sessions in collaboration with Change Management team, supporting commercial teams throughout the role transition process.Data Analysis and Action Planning: consolidate and analyze information to monitor commercial performance indicators by distributor and propose actionable improvement plans.Identify barriers and opportunities to accelerate digital adoption: review, propose, and coordinate sales strategies to help distributors and Bees achieve their business objectives, while ensuring alignment and efficiency in new commercial workflows.Provide ongoing support to KAMs and Managers during the monthly digitalization process, ensuring clear, consistent communication across teams.Ensure accurate process mapping per distributor: oversee the proper documentation and mapping of each distributor’s processes, taking into account their specific requirements. Additionally, ensure that commercial teams actively participate and contribute during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions.

Job specific requirements:

4-6 years of experience in Trade Marketing, TT Sales, E-commerce, B2B.

Experience developing commercial plans with a digital strategy.

Experience managing digital tools or B2B platforms.

Ability to analyze commercial data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Experience coordinating with Trade Marketing teams, presenting to leadership/boards.

Analytical profile with strong results orientation.

Experience in national roles with clear visibility into the country's reality.

Advanced English level
