Job Title: ERP Workday Program Manager
Job Description
The ERP Workday Program Manager – leads the end-to-end delivery of the Workday domain within a large, complex ERP implementation. This role owns the schedule, risk, dependencies, and execution for the finance workstream and ensures tight alignment with the broader ERP program. The position requires deep Workday implementation experience, strong program governance capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in regulated environments while delivering high-quality financial systems and processes.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end delivery of the Workday Finance domain within a large ERP program.Develop, manage, and maintain detailed schedules and milestones for the finance workstream.Manage inter-workstream dependencies to ensure cohesive and synchronized program delivery.Identify, track, and proactively mitigate program risks and issues related to the finance workstream.Ensure all Workday Finance deliverables meet agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.Lead Workday Financials implementation activities across the full ERP lifecycle, from planning through deployment.Coordinate functional, technical, and integration activities within the Finance domain.Ensure strong alignment between business requirements and system design, configuration, and delivery in Workday Financials/Supply Chain.Apply robust program governance, risk management, and delivery controls to the finance workstream.Collaborate with finance stakeholders to support accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis needs within the Workday solution.Essential Skills
8–12 years of ERP delivery experience in Healthcare SectorsMinimum of 2 completed Workday implementations within a functional domain, either Finance or Supply Chain.Proven experience delivering ERP programs in complex, regulated environments.Strong program management and delivery management experience.Demonstrated expertise in program governance, risk management, and delivery controls.Solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Hands-on experience with Workday Financials implementation and oversight.Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across functional, technical, and integration streams.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in finance/accounting or Supply Chain -related functions supporting ERP implementations.Experience translating finance business requirements into system design and configuration in Workday.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex dependencies and issues.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with finance and technology teams.Ability to operate effectively in structured, regulated environments with formal controls and governance.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $77.00 - $97.00/hr.
