ERP Systems Specialist

We’re looking for an on-site ERP Systems Specialist in the property management industry.
Our client is a forward-thinking, multi-site property management organization committed to operational excellence, technology-enabled efficiency, and an exceptional resident and employee experience. With a strong focus on continuous improvement and modern systems, the team is excited to welcome an ERP Systems Specialist who will play a key role in optimizing and supporting their enterprise-wide ERP platform.
The ERP Systems Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting the ERP system, Entrata. This role ensures the system runs smoothly, aligns with business needs, and continues to evolve with organizational growth. The successful candidate will analyze current workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and support system upgrades, integrations, reporting, and user training across all departments.
ERP Systems Specialist responsibilities:
• Maintain, configure, and support the ERP system to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance
• Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and overall access control
• Conduct system audits, perform updates, patches, and regular maintenance
• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes and translate requirements into ERP configurations
• Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and enhance workflows across departments
• Configure modules including finance, leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and procurement
• Support integrations with other enterprise systems and coordinate system enhancements
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related incidents, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT for escalated technical issues
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across ERP modules, including uploads, migrations, and validations
• Create user guides, training materials, and conduct ongoing end-user training
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support departmental needs
• Participate in ERP upgrades, module rollouts, testing cycles (UAT, integration, regression), and project work
• Ensure ERP system compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards
• Stay current with ERP best practices, new releases, and emerging technologies; recommend improvements
The successful candidate has:
• Post-secondary education in business, accounting, information systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in ERP administration, support, or implementation
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and an understanding of relational databases
• Knowledge of API integrations and ERP configuration
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and the ability to map requirements to system functionality
• Experience with process redesign, data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, including KPI and dashboard creation
• Experience with system testing (UAT, integration, regression), writing test scripts, and validating results
• Experience with ERP rollouts, upgrades, and providing Level 2/3 support
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train users and develop documentation and SOPs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong time management skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing change in a dynamic, multi-site environment; property management experience is an asset
• Experience with CRM systems, digital leasing platforms, document management systems, and workflow automation tools is an asset
• Strong working knowledge of Entrata or Yardi is considered an asset
Compensation and benefits:
• The discussed salary range is $85,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
• Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
• Comprehensive benefits package
• 3 weeks annual Vacation
• Benefits and Deferred Profit Share Plan (DPSP)
