Expediting role: 

You will review and analyze supplier progress reportsAdditionally, you will perform regular progress review visits at supplier’s manufacturing locations and prepare the supplier visit reportIdentify and escalate potential delivery delay related risks and issues within supplier’s organizationDevelop and track solutions to mitigate potential risks and issues within the supply chain relevant to the supplier’s performanceClose alignment with interface departments during order execution like Engineering, Purchasing or Logistics is part of your roleYou will monitor contractual delivery dates set in the purchase orderSupport the Project Expediting Manager and report to Project ManagementMaintain and update relevant Information in SAP MMVerify Penalty claims and perform close-outs meetings with suppliers in case of disputesFurther, you will perform supplier RatingsReview Payment Milestones and release invoicesThe Expeditor reports operationally to the Project Expediting Manager within the assigned project and functionally to the Head of Expediting

ERP Support Desk Specialist role: 

You will use company business system, SAP MM, SupplierConnect platform, other available tools to provide onboarding, training and support to suppliers using the SupplierConnect platform (Purchasing, Expediting and Logistics modules)You also will contact suppliers actively in case of data inconsistencies in the SupplierConnect systemAdditionally, you will create system based reportingsYou will conduct Linde internal trainings and refresher sessions for the SupplierConnect platformYou will also maintain user guidance manual for SupplierConnect and you will collect user feedback (internal/external) of SupplierConnect PlatformYour role will include support with Linde internal SupplierConnect related requestsYou will coordinate / Collaborate with Purchasing, Expediting & Logistics teamsFurther, you will execute receiving transactions in company business systems
