**Core Responsibilities**
+ Play a key part in the ERP Transformation’s Programme Management Office as student worker with responsibilities in the space of:
+ Supporting internal reporting and documentation for stakeholders
+ Assisting with budget tracking and financial updates
+ Engaging with a broad range of stakeholders and managing the programme mailbox
+ Supporting the preparation of project presentations and updates
+ Facilitating the project management toolsets and templates
+ Work well both independently and as part of a team, ensuring alignment with priorities and timely delivery of key work items. Ability to work and execute in agile environments.
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
+ The Global ERP Transformation team leads the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and the long-term ERP transformation that supports the strategic ambitions of the LEGO Group.
+ You will be part of the Programme Management Office that is accountable for the setup of the programme, reporting, financial management, people management and general ways-of-working, including tools and methods.
+ We expect you to be working two days per week in Billund/Copenhagen, with flexibility around exams and the possibility of working from home when aligned with your people manager.
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Master student in Finance/Business Development/Science or other related field
+ Fluent English – in reading, writing and speaking
+ Knowledge about project management
+ Knowledge in most/all Microsoft Office products and good understanding of SharePoint
+ Ability to communicate complex/detailed information in a simple and visual way
+ Customer driven and service minded
+ Ability to take initiative and act on opportunities
