If you're passionate about supply chain, ERP, and the power of AI, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. ------------------------- What you'll do: * Architect and lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions, tailored to complex enterprise needs. * Define the functional architecture and ensure it aligns with business goals, technical constraints, and user needs. * Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, technical architects, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. * Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants, both onshore and offshore, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables. * Support presales efforts, including solution design, effort estimation, staffing models, and delivery planning using Avanade methodologies. * Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and providing strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle. * Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring Microsoft’s latest innovations, including AI and automation in supply chain processes. ------------------------- Skills and experiences: * Extensive experience in ERP solution architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. * Deep understanding of supply chain processes and how to optimize them using digital tools and AI. * Hands-on experience with Azure, Power Platform, and system integrations. * Familiarity with Avanade tools and delivery methodologies is a strong advantage. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead diverse teams. * Proven track record in managing complex ERP implementations from design through to go-live and support. ------------------------- About you: You’re a strategic thinker and a natural leader.
