The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP/SAP Senior Project Manager to lead complex ERP projects and ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions. This role will focus on end-to-end project management, driving execution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives—not only within SAP but across related systems and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage ERP/SAP projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Manage vendor and consulting partner relationships, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.Oversee data migration, system integration, and master data governance activities.Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with GXP, SOX, and cybersecurity standards, maintaining audit readiness.Drive organizational change management, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.Champion Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) where applicable, fostering adaptability and continuous improvement.Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and achievements.Conduct post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and implement process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications Required

Proven experience in ERP/SAP project management, ideally end-to-end delivery.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).6+ years of project management experience with successful software delivery track record.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial oversight.High adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity and change.

Desired

PMP or equivalent certification.Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud).Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, cloud ERP deployments, and global vendor management.Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
