**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an **experienced ERP/SAP Senior Project Manager** to lead complex ERP projects and ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions. This role will focus on **end-to-end project management** , driving execution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives—not only within SAP but across related systems and integrations.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Lead and manage ERP/SAP projects** from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
+ Develop and maintain **detailed project plans** , including milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
+ Collaborate with **business and IT stakeholders** to define requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
+ Manage **vendor and consulting partner relationships** , ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
+ Oversee **data migration, system integration, and master data governance** activities.
+ Monitor and manage **project risks, issues, and dependencies** , implementing mitigation strategies.
+ Ensure compliance with **GXP, SOX, and cybersecurity standards** , maintaining audit readiness.
+ Drive **organizational change management** , including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.
+ Champion **Agile practices** (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) where applicable, fostering adaptability and continuous improvement.
+ Provide **regular status updates and executive-level reporting** on progress, risks, and achievements.
+ Conduct **post-project reviews** , capture lessons learned, and implement process improvements.
**Skills and Qualifications Required**
+ Proven experience in **ERP/SAP project management** , ideally end-to-end delivery.
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field ( **Master’s preferred** ).
+ **6+ years** of project management experience with successful software delivery track record.
+ Exceptional **leadership, communication, and stakeholder management** skills.
+ Strong **problem-solving and strategic thinking** abilities.
+ Proficiency in **project management tools and methodologies** .
+ Demonstrated experience in **budget management and financial oversight** .
+ High adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
**Desired**
+ **PMP or equivalent certification** .
+ Experience in **pharmaceutical or life sciences industries** .
+ Hands-on experience with **SAP S/4HANA** (on-premise or cloud).
+ Knowledge of **ITIL frameworks** , cloud ERP deployments, and global vendor management.
+ Ability to lead **cross-functional and global teams** .
