We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Specialist to lead and manage enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations across diverse client environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering ERP programs using Oracle or SAP, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight capabilities. Key Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end ERP program delivery, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics * Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and expectations * Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, and change management activities * Provide strategic guidance on ERP best practices, governance, and optimization * Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
