Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Associate level ERP Information Technology Engineer, to join our GOLD support team located in Hazelwood, MO.

The System Integration Specialist will be an integral member of the GOLD database administration team.  GOLDesp is our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO), and Supply Chain management system of record that provides our customers (internal and external) total lifecycle sustainment for maintenance, supply management, inventory visibility/availability, and financials.  As part of the team, you will trouble shoot system issues, conduct report analysis, and work with IT in order to support our programs.

The position analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and improved business information processing systems and analytic solutions aligned to enterprise strategies.  It also represents Government Training and Engineering (GTE) to define requirements and business cases for technology developments.  Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with business and technology teams to integrate system and data requirements such as system functions, output requirements, data acquisition, report development, and execution of user testing and acceptance.  Lastly, you will be required to support, provide training, and provide access for deployed systems.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Experienced Systems Integration Specialist.

Position Responsibilities:

Gathers business information requirements and coordinates change activitiesSupports development and implementation of business architectureSupports monitoring and performs quality control actions relating to business informationDevelops and updates information dashboards and reports.Conduct system readiness testing to business processesProvide administration and monitoring of systems post-implementation Supports project management tasks related to business information integration activitiesSupports and system changes and integration effortsProvides end-user support to include immediate system/data guidance and training design and delivery

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, CIS, or a closely related field.2+  years of experience in inventory management, demand forecasting, engineering, operations, supply chain, or simulation1+ years experience working with an ERP system (such as SAP, GOLDesp) from an IT standpoint1+  years of experience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) in a project management role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Experience working with specifically GOLDesp from an IT standpoint1+ years of customer service experience.Experience with functional testing and/or user acceptance testingExperience in a role requiring any type process improvementExperience with U.S. Military supply chain systems and tools.Familiarity with SAFe Agile Methodology.Experience in user interface designExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExperience with Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, MS Project
