We are seeking candidates with over 7 years of hands-on experience in HRM modules, with a strong emphasis on Payroll, as well as Position Control, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits/Deductions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Payroll processes and systems, along with experience in system configuration, client implementation, and consulting. Familiarity with leading HR ERP solutions such as SAP, Workday, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable. This is a hybrid role, requiring two to three days per week from any CGI office. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Partner with client delivery teams for the implementation of the Human Resource Management (HRM) components of the CGI Advantage ERP solution • Prioritize initiatives based on the business needs and requirements • Bring expertise in HRM including but not limited to Position Control, Payroll, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits/Deductions • Collaborate closely with clients and co-workers in the public sector to document business processes/requirements for HRM activities, recommend process improvements, configure the HRM application for client use, and test the application configuration • Provide status reports to project managers and monitor the timely completion of scheduled tasks • Balance attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • 7+ years of experience configuring and/or managing ERP HRM applications, with a strong focus on Payroll • 7+ years of experience in consulting or system implementation of HR ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft) • In-depth knowledge of Payroll processes, compliance, and system integration • Critical thinking skills to identify the downstream impact of system configuration changes • Ability to assess requirements vs. baseline system offerings to identify and document fits versus gaps within the new application • Develop/maintain test plans, conduct system testing, and document results • Experience with Agile implementation methodologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work closely with clients • Ability to manage multiple, often competing, priorities and clients effectively • Excellent tracking and prioritization skills • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on knowledge sharing and professionalism, even in high-stress situations • Comfortable working in a non-conventional environment with virtual teams across time zones, including India • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed • Experience working with public sector clients is highly desirable • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and JIRA • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) or equivalent tools • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline CGI anticipates accepting applications through September 30, 2025. *CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $53,100 -$156,700.
