Key Responsibilities May Include:
Define and harmonise global business processes (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR) to align with technology capabilities and organisational strategy.Collaborate with functional leaders to co-create process design principles, KPIs, and build operational excellence capability.Partner with Technology Services and system integrators to translate process requirements into ERP configurations and oversee pilot implementations and global rollouts.Establish global process ownership and engage with process leaders to drive process excellence methods and decisions.Facilitate workshops, change impact assessments, and training to align stakeholders and support adoption of new processes.Support change management initiatives, helping teams adapt to new ways of working and sustain transformation.Ensure processes comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, maintaining documentation and overseeing process governance.Monitor process and data governance adoption, driving continuous improvement and efficiency across regions and functions.Global Process Excellence Leader

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Process Excellence Leader to spearhead the design, standardisation, and implementation of end-to-end business processes across our organisation as part of a global ERP transformation.
This role acts as a vital link between business functions and technology, ensuring that process excellence is embedded within our ERP solution and aligned with both strategic objectives and operational realities.
Key Responsibilities
