Erp Consultant
Job Description We are seeking a skilled ERP Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in integrating and supporting our ERP modules, while collaborating with various teams to ensure the effective implementation and improvement of ERP systems. This role requires a keen eye for process optimization and a strong ability to communicate across different departments. Responsibilities + Support configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our ERP modules. + Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on new features, updates, and improvements. + Translate production needs into ERP settings, workflows, and standard procedures. + Assist users with problems, create basic instructions, and provide training. + Observe and analyze production and packaging processes to identify inefficiencies and waste. + Lead or support process improvement activities, root-cause problem solving, and continuous improvement tasks. + Create and document standard work instructions. + Communicate with supervisors, operators, maintenance staff, and leadership to understand needs and align solutions. + Act as a connector between operations and IT when system changes are required. + Support the introduction of new machines, automation, or production lines with process setup and system integration. Essential Skills + Proficiency in ERP systems + Experience in ERP implementation. + Strong understanding of supply chain analysis. + Inventory management system expertise. Additional Skills & Qualifications + ERP Experience. + Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Inventory. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
