Job Description Insight Global is seeking an ERP Business Systems Analyst in the Cincinnati area for a direct hire opportunity! This resource will be joining a client who supports the aerospace industry and is growing rapidly in the local area. You will be analyzing existing processes, gathering requirements and implementing ERP solutions with stakeholder goals and long term strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing and prioritizing requirements gathered and document requirements while collaborating with technical and non-technical team members. Epicor experience would be considered a plus for this position. This position requires someone with a strong understanding of ERP systems and how to support them. (Oracle, SAP, D365 or Epicor). Proven experience translating business needs into functional specifications for the ERP system will also be required. • Business Process and Functional Requirements: o Ability to understand and analyze various business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. o Demonstrated expertise in translating business needs into functional specifications for the ERP system. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify problems, and propose solutions. • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, data modeling, and related technologies. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with database management, system administration, and other technical aspects of ERP systems. • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. • Project Management Skills: Ability to oversee project tasks and ensures the ERP implementation by preparing project plans, oversees implementation, and maintenance within budget and lead-times. • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific regulations and best practices. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including detailed reporting abilities.
