Role Summary
We are seeking an Associate-level Equity Swaps Account Manager to support our Equity Swaps business. This role sits at the intersection of client coverage, trade lifecycle management, and technical problem-solving, supporting primarily hedge fund and asset manager clients. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced markets environment, with strong Excel and data skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coverage & Service (Hedge Funds / Asset Managers)
Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned hedge fund and asset manager clients trading equity swaps and related equity derivative solutions.
Partner closely with Equity Sales and Trading to deliver high-touch coverage, coordinate client requests, and drive responsive execution support.
Support onboarding and product enablement, including account set-up readiness, internal approvals, and client servicing routines.
Help identify opportunities to deepen relationships via improved service, tailored reporting, and proactive solutioning.
Technical & Analytical Ownership (Excel-Heavy)
Build and maintain Excel-based trackers/models supporting exposure monitoring, lifecycle calendars, corporate actions impact, client reporting, and service KPIs.
Analyze trade economics and client impacts and communicate impacts clearly to internal partners and clients.
Contribute to process automation and reporting improvements by defining requirements and partnering with Tech/Data teams.
Build expertise in market conventions and frictions for Brazil, Mexico, and Chile relevant to swaps.
Support broader equity swaps initiatives and platform enhancements, bringing a market-specific lens to improve scalability and service quality.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting or covering equity swaps / equity derivatives and familiarity with lifecycle events and corporate actions impacts.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-3 years of relevant markets experience, including Equity Sales experience and/or equity derivatives, prime/financing, or client-facing trade support in an institutional environment.
Strong understanding of institutional client coverage and service, with the ability to communicate confidently with hedge funds and asset managers.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to reconcile datasets quickly and accurately.
Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to prioritize effectively under time pressure.
Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills (helpful, not required).

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
