Ledcor is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Equipment Superintendent to oversee the maintenance, deployment, and operational readiness of our construction and telecommunications equipment. You will ensure that all equipment is safe, compliant, and available to meet project demands across multiple job sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to support field operations and drive efficiency. You will work closely with project managers, field teams, and vendors to ensure seamless equipment logistics and performance.

Essential Responsibilities:
Manage the inventory, maintenance schedules, and deployment of heavy equipment and tools across multiple job sites
Ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards through regular inspections and documentation
Coordinate with field teams and vendors to schedule repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, condition, and service history
Support budgeting and procurement efforts by evaluating equipment needs and recommending purchases or rentals
Qualifications:
Five or more years of experience in equipment management or a similar role within construction or telecommunications
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and safety standards
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with equipment tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
Work Conditions:
Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), working at heights, and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.)
