**Equipment Specialist: AllParts (Nashville, TN)** The Equipment Specialist is responsible for supporting the technical needs of organization’s customers, providing maintenance to products, working under a controlled service center environment. The position serves as equipment staging specialist for CT, PXR, and CRM equipment, providing expertise and guidance in problem areas, coordinating resolutions, and guiding material recovery priority with the planning analyst team. **Your role:** + Assembling complex medical equipment systems and adjusting them based on specific application. + Conducting functional and diagnostic tests to ensure full equipment/system performance. + Identifying issues within the equipment and correcting prior to material recovery. + Maintaining accurate records of equipment configurations, maintenance logs, and test results. + Preparing equipment for movement for part recovery, and in some instances, delivering to the next operational touch point. **You're the right fit if:** + 2+ years of experience in IT, Network Diagnosis, System Connectivity, Remote Service within Engineering, Medical, or Science related environment or equivalent. + High School Diploma, Vocational Education or equivalent. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + Detail-oriented and interested in data management and analytics, exhibiting strong technical knowledge in engineering fundamentals and the ability to solve logical problems independently. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
