This role is responsible for protecting the soul of the space while driving performance, hospitality, and profitability. Equipment Room is known for its uncompromising sound, curated vinyl programming, award-winning cocktail program, and late-night energy. The General Manager sets the tone — leading a team that delivers a world-class guest experience rooted in music, community, and thoughtful hospitality. This position requires presence, taste, and intuition, paired with strong operational discipline.
