Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Financial & Process Leadership** + Ensure accurate **month-end & quarter-end closing** (journal entries, reconciliations, reporting for equipment-related accounts. + Lead **audit coordination** (internal/external) and maintain SOX compliance. + Drive **process improvements** and automation initiatives. + Define and track **KPIs** to optimize team performance. + **Team & Stakeholder Management** + Build and mentor a high-performing team, (in-house and outsourced) supporting equipment accounting. + Act as the go-to expert for equipment-related accounting system (ERP, reporting tools). + Strengthen partnerships with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, FP&A…) well as outsourced service providers. + Communicate financial insights as a part of financial risk review. + **Technical Expertise** + Apply U.S. GAAP principles to equipment revenue recognition arrangements. + Resolve complex equipment accounting issues (bundled contract, discounts, deferred revenue). + Ensure compliance with GE policies and financial controls for equipment transactions. **Inclusion and Diversity** GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
