Traffic Signal experience a plus + Proven crew leadership and jobsite management skills + Ability to read plans and understand grading and underground utilities + CDL required or must obtain within 180 days of hire + Strong communication, problem-solving, and safety mindset + The possibility of traveling out of town for up to 10 days + Working in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location + Working in and around restricted/confined spaces, manholes, utility tunnels and excavations + Working in and around vehicle and pedestrian traffic + Working on or around slippery or uneven surfaces + Working in or around ditches, trenches, and excavations + Working in and around exposures typical of a heavy construction site + Background check and drug test required **Ready to take control of the way you work?** Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today. *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
