What You'll Be Doing

Operate dozer equipment to move earth, rock, and other materials efficiently and safelyPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasksCollaborate with site team to ensure smooth and safe operationsFollow site plans and directions to meet production goalsMaintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectivelyStrong awareness of safety protocols and hazard identificationAbility to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to work in varying outdoor conditionsCommitment to punctuality, reliability, and continuous improvement

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
