What You'll Be Doing

Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficientlyPerform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipmentAssist with material handling and site organizationMonitor equipment performance and report issues promptlySupport team operations to ensure production goals are met

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and productive mannerStrong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognitionAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and environmentsEffective communication and problem-solving skills

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkMust meet company and regulatory requirements for equipment operation

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
