**Equipment Harvest Technician 2 (AllParts - Onsite: Nashville, TN)**
You will join a six-person Harvest Team at AllParts Medical’s Nashville warehouse to receive whole medical imaging systems, identify and harvest needed parts, create control records in our database, and coordinate with Repair Tech Teams to review completed harvests. AllParts will train you across all modalities (ultrasound, portable x‑ray, C‑arm, x‑ray rooms, RF rooms, cath labs, CTs); last year the team harvested over 1,700 systems and generated more than 25,000 part records, making this role vital to supplying high-quality parts for resale.
**Your job:**
+ Performs technical troubleshooting and repairs on customer equipment in the service center, using diagnostic tools and standardized procedures to quickly identify and resolve faults and minimize downtime.
+ Accurately documents diagnostics, repairs, test results, parts usage and interaction time in real time, and escalates complex issues to supervisors while following quality and safety policies.
+ Maintains clear, timely communication with customers throughout service, addresses complaints and escalations to achieve swift resolution, and identifies value-added service or sales opportunities.
+ Works with limited supervision to prioritize tasks, collaborates with colleagues to share knowledge and improve processes, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

+ 1+ year of relevant work experience in a technical/mechanical role
+ Education: High school graduate degree level or equivalent desired
+ Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications, with strong written communication and accurate documentation skills; highly organized and accountable in managing tasks and records.
+ Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and solutions, yet a logical independent problem-solver able to prioritize work and deliver results with minimal supervision.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The hourly pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $21.63 to $34.62, plus overtime eligibility.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
